A Brief History:
Shafer’s Diesel has been working on your vehicles since 2009. We
developed out of Shafer’s Bus Service who has been serving the town of
Banks since 1961. We started with operating and maintaining a safe
fleet of buses to bring your children to school and now we bring that
knowledge to repairing your trucks and company vehicles. We love being
able to help our customers with their vehicles so they can focus on
their business.
Brent Wilson
Brent has just recently purchased the business from original owner,
John Shafer.
Brent has been repairing vehicles in Banks for the last 13 years. He
started with school bus repair and maintenance with Shafer’s Bus
Services and have since expanded to repairing general medium and light
duty diesel trucks. He has a passion for fixing things of all shapes
and sizes. That passion directed him to attend Portland Community
College and graduate with degrees in Diesel and Automotive repair and
management. Brent loves building relationships with new people and
being able to help when a vehicle breaks down.
